Offers.com, Best Offers, and PCMag needed a more intuitive way to help users find and act on deals. Their experiences were cluttered, inconsistent, and shaped by ad demands that often conflicted with user needs.

It was time to rethink the experience. I redesigned key pages with a mobile-first mindset, improved information hierarchy, and built a reusable design system to bring consistency across platforms. I worked cross-functionally in Agile sprints, pointed stories in Jira, and documented key decisions in Confluence.

The result: Offers.com saw an 18 percent lift in conversions and a 40 percent reduction in design production time. PCMag’s commerce flow also improved, leading to a 25 percent increase in conversion.
